The mods are dressing as ghosts for Halloween. Boo!!!
The KTLH1.5 reaches its final home in Newport Beach, CA this November. Be in the front row at the construction site. We will set up webcams to capture the installation of the modules, and stream them live. On November 5, click here anytime after 7:00 AM PST to watch the fun!

The night before, the four modules of the KTLH1.5 will be transported to the site on large “lowboy” flatbed trucks. Then, on November 5, they’ll be moved into place by a 350 ton crane—almost a city block long (okay, a small block, but still, big!). The home will rise from foundation to completion in 4-6 hours! At that point the LivingHome will be about 95% complete, and finish work should take less than a month. Sound crazy? Watch timelapse videos of the installation of our existing LivingHomes to see it done.

You’ll note that this is the third and final installation of this KTLH1.5! The first LivingHome designed by KieranTimberlake, the KTLH1.5 premiered as the Builder LivingHome at the International Builder Show in Las Vegas, NV. As the Kohler LivingHome, the KTLH1.5 was open to the public for three weeks following the TED Conference in Long Beach, CA.

LivingHomes Wins 2009 Evergreen Award
